Can the tyro loan debt collecter put the lein upon the person’s residence in the state of TX?
If the loan is in default can the lein be placed?

Not if you pay the debt you are obligated to pay they can’t.
The lender must sue you and obtain a judgment against you first.
The lender can then record the judgment and place a lien on the property because of the judgment against you, not because of the loan.
